1 Sheet: Galvanized sheet metal between 0.7 and 0.9 mm thick
2 Hinges: 3-mm-thick steel hinges attached to the door panel with M6x16 zinc-plated screws and to the frame by welding. Lower hinge features a semi-automatic closing mechanism.
4 Insulation: Rock wool with a density of 145/180 kg/m³
5 Frame: steel with reduced thermal conductivity
6 Assembly: assembled using a roll-forming machine by double-folding and stitching the lid-and-tray assembly
7 Finish: thermosetting epoxy paint. 100 microns on the panel and 120 on the frame
8 Sizes: a wide variety of standard and custom sizes
9 Height: Two standard height options and a wide range of custom sizes available.
