The reversible emergency door is the most manufactured door of its kind, reducing storage space by half and eliminating installation errors due to the direction of opening. It’s as easy as flipping the door over and changing the opening.

Leaf
- Galvanized steel sheet between 0.7 and 0.9 mm thick, assembled using a roll forming machine by double folding and stitching.
- Rock wool insulation density 145/180 Kg/m3.
- Galvanized steel stiffener.
- Anti-lift steel bolt, hexagonal, 14×36 mm, zinc-plated.
- Door thickness: 53 mm
- Approximate weight of 25 Kg/m2.
Frame
- 1.5 mm thick steel with reduced thermal conductivity
- Jambs and lintels made of the special Z-shaped ASTURMADI profile.
- Special removable lintels, ASTURMADI model.
- 230 x 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel mounting brackets, specially designed for various types of partitions.
Finishes
- Sheet metal painted with thermosetting epoxy powder.
- 100 micron paint layer on the door leaf and 120 micron paint layer on the frame.

Accessories
Reversible CF lock with double mortise, recessed into the door leaf, protected by two MO stucal plates. Sintered steel latch.

3 mm thick steel hinges fixed to the leaf with zinc-plated M6X16 screws, and to the frame by welding, the lower hinge being semi-automatic locking torsion hinge.
