ASTURMADI’s UL-listed fire door was specifically tested to meet the most stringent requirements in accordance with American ANSI–NFPA standards, achieving a maximum rating of 180 minutes for both single-leaf and double-leaf doors, and is required in numerous projects around the world.

Leaf

Galvanized steel sheet between 0.7 and 0.9 mm thick, assembled using a roll forming machine by double folding and stitching.
Rock wool insulation, density 145/180 kg/m³.
Galvanized steel stiffener.
Steel anti-pry bolt, hexagonal, 14 × 36 mm, zinc-plated.
Door thickness: 53 mm

Frame

1.5 mm thick steel with reduced thermal conductivity
Jambs and lintels made of the special Z-shaped ASTURMADI profile.
230 x 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel mounting brackets, specially designed for various types of partitions.
50 x 2.5 mm steel sheet divider

Finishes

ANTIBACTERIAL paint (silver nitrate additive) available.
100 micron paint layer on the door leaf and 120 micron paint layer on the frame.
