Protection and ventilation
The VENTILA door combines fire protection with the ventilation needs of certain enclosed spaces. This makes the Ventila door the perfect alternative for server rooms, access to machine rooms, basements, garages, and more.
Furthermore, its functionality does not alter the design and can be easily integrated into different professional spaces. Available in firewall and multifunction versions.

Leaf
- Galvanized steel sheet between 0.7 and 0.9 mm thick, assembled using a roll forming machine by double folding and stitching.
- Rock wool insulation, density 145/180 kg/m3.
- Galvanized steel stiffener.
- Anti-lift steel bolt, hexagonal, 14×36 mm, zinc-plated.

Frame
- 1.5 mm thick steel with reduced thermal conductivity
- Jambs and lintels made of the special Z-shaped ASTURMADI profile.
- 230 x 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel mounting brackets, specially designed for various types of partitions.
- 50 x 2.5 mm steel sheet divider
Finishes
- Sheet metal coated with thermosetting epoxy powder, ensuring a durable and resistant finish.
- 100 micron paint layer on the door leaf and 120 micron paint layer on the frame.
- Standard color: RAL 7038 gray.
- White color: RAL 9010 at no additional cost.
Accessories
Reversible CF lock with double locking bolt, embedded in the leaf, protected by two MO stucal plates. Sintered steel latch.
Brass bulbs, 40 x 40 with 3 keys.
CF Model Nylon anti-snag handle with fusion-lined steel core.
Anti-lever bolt.
3 mm thick steel hinges fixed to the leaf with zinc-plated M6X16 screws, and to the frame by welding, the lower hinge being semi-automatic locking torsion hinge.
Graphite intumescent gasket 15 x 2 mm. Dilates 25 times its size Tª > 150ºC.
